2. Map customer and operational journeys to pinpoint digital touchpoints and high-impact quick wins.
3. Develop a 12–18 month transformation roadmap with prioritized initiatives, timelines, resource estimates and clear KPIs.
4. Produce a concise business case that quantifies benefits, costs and key risks to support decision-making.
5. Set up governance and change practices including roles, decision gates, vendor selection criteria and a capability-building plan.
